The short version
Trebired does not track you. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no behavioural profiling, and no third-party trackers on any site the organization runs.
The only personal data the organization holds is what you send it, plus what a server must process to answer a request or to run a service.
Who we are
Trebired is an independent software organization founded and maintained by Miroslav Machynka. Where this policy says "we", "us", or "Trebired", it means that organization.
We are the controller of the data described here. For anything concerning your personal data, write to [email protected].
What this policy covers
This policy covers every website, product, package, and server Trebired operates. It applies to whatever the organization runs at the time you read it, not to a list fixed when it was written.
It does not cover a copy of Trebired software that somebody else installs and runs. The code is open, so anyone may host it. When they do, they are the controller of the data that passes through their installation, not us.
No tracking, no analytics
Our sites load no analytics, no advertising scripts, no fingerprinting, no session recording, and no third-party embeds you did not ask for.
We do not build a profile of you, we do not segment you, and we do not sell, rent, trade, or share personal data with anyone for their own purposes.
What we collect
What you send us: the content of an email or a form, and the address you sent it from. We hold it because we cannot answer you otherwise.
What a server records to function: the request, the time, the response, and the address it came from. These records exist to keep a service running and secure, and nothing else reads them.
What an account holds, where a product requires one: the identifier you chose and what you created with it.
Why we handle it
To answer you, to deliver what you asked for, to keep a service available and secure, and to meet an obligation the law places on us.
We do not handle personal data for marketing, for profiling, or for any purpose we have not stated here.
How long we keep it
Correspondence: as long as the matter is live, and afterwards only while a record of it is needed.
Server records: a short retention window, then deletion.
Account data: until the account is deleted, which deletes it.
Sharing
We share personal data only where it is necessary to run a service, where you asked us to, or where the law requires it.
Where a provider processes data on our behalf, it processes it on our instructions and for no purpose of its own.
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, ask for deletion, object to a particular use, and ask us to restrict a use while a question is open.
Write to [email protected]. We answer within two working days. We do not require a form, an account, or a reason.
If you believe we handled your data wrongly, you may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection in the Czech Republic. Telling us first is faster, and we would rather fix it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Every version is in the public history of this repository, so what changed and when is checkable.
