Roadmap
What Trebired is building, in the order it happens. Nothing further down the list starts before the thing above it ships.

Initial release
The Trebired organization and its website go public together. The site states what the organization is, what it builds, what it refuses to build, and what it charges, and every document behind those claims is published in the open at the same time.
Until that is done there is nothing to point anyone at. This is the only thing on the roadmap, and nothing else starts before it ships.

Visibility in search
Publishing a site is not the same as being findable. Once the initial release is out, every page states what it is in a form a search engine can read: a title and description written for a reader rather than a crawler, canonical addresses, a sitemap, and structured data that matches what the page actually says.
None of it buys attention. The organization does not pay for placement, and it does not write pages for ranking that a person would not want to read. The work is making what is already true about a page legible to the machines that index it.

Accounts where releases are announced
The organization holds its name on the sites where software is discussed, and posts there: releases, decisions with their reasons, and the occasional account of something that went wrong. The same material as the blog, carried to where people already are.
An account is a place to announce, not a channel to perform on. Nothing is posted because a schedule says so, no engagement is bought, and anything said there is said in full somewhere the organization owns.

Operlorn and Sessionary resume
Work on Operlorn and Sessionary stopped while the organization and its site were written. That was deliberate: there was no point shipping products from an organization that could not yet say what it stood for.
Both resume once the initial release is out. They are open source on the day they ship, like everything else here, and neither gets announced before there is something to run.
